I have been a Realtor since 2006 having started my career at Keller Williams, moving on to Prestige Real Estate Group and ultimately landing at RE/MAX Professionals. With over 40 years in sales of one type or another, residential real estate sales has been, by far, the most rewarding. Buyers and Sellers all have different objectives, whether they be financial, timing, functionality of a home, etc. I enjoy learning all about their objectives and creating a plan that meets their objections, from the day we start our move to the day we go to closing, however,….it all starts with listening!!

My wife, Lynda, came into my life in 1981 and we got married in 1983. We have 2 children, Whitney and Will (married to Kaylene in August, 2019), and have 1 granddaughter, Kynzie. Having graduated from The University of Denver in 1976, I returned to Pittsburgh and worked for our family business, oil and gas, until we sold the company in 1994. Looking at this as an opportunity to return to Denver, we did so and have not looked back, (with exception of my allegiance to the Steelers!). We have lived in Littleton and/or Highlands Ranch since moving back to Colorado. I enjoy playing golf, light landscaping around the house and trips to the mountains.

The Royston Group is made up of 4 agents. Team Members: Lou Royston Kathleen Allen, Molly Henry & Lynne Matsunaka. We average approximately 70-75 transactions per year. Having a team provides depth during the busy times along with the sharing of ideas and strategies.
